The Security forces Women's Volleyball team created a major upset in the Vulaca Volleyball Championship after defeating title holders Kinoya in 2 straight sets.
Laced with former national reps Mere and Seini Waqavuka the Forces were too strong.
In other women's results USP Black defeated Vatuwaqa 2 sets to 1, USP Green Beat Raiwai Black in 2 straight sets while Suva Black also beat Raiwaqa in 2 straight sets.
In the men's competition, defending champion Suva 1 recorded their second win in pool play after defeating Nakasi in two straight sets while Raiwai Gold proved too strong for Nadonumai beating them in 2 straight sets.
