Top secondary schools want the Secondary schools rugby play-offs to be held during the school holiday which begins Monday.

Village Sports has received confirmation that schools like Suva Grammar, Lelean, QVS and RKS want the Deans 1/4 final, semi-final and final to be completed within the next two weeks.

Fiji Secondary School Rugby Association President Suliasi Lutubula has confirmed that managers and coaches of the secondary school team will meet this hour to discuss the plans for the play-offs due to the school holiday's being moved forward.

He adds that it is important to also hear the views of other schools that have qualified into the quarter finals.

Currently the Deans finals are scheduled to take place in two weeks time on the 18th of this month.

Meanwhile the 1/4 final will still be held tomorrow at the Post Fiji Stadium with the gates opening at 7.30am and the first 1/4 final in the U-14 grades starting at 8.20am.

The Deans 1/4 final will start at 12.40pm tomorrow between Lomawai and Nasinu Secondary. Then at 2pm Lelean takes on Nakauvadra College while at 3:20pm QVS plays Suva Grammar Two and the last quarterfinal at 4:40pm will be played between RKS and Suva Grammar One.
