Blues player Francis Saili has become the second New Zealand rugby professional in front of the courts this week.
He appeared in the Manukau District Court this morning charged with driving while his license was suspended.
Yesterday the Blues management admitted Saili has been charged and confirmed they have instituted disciplinary procedures on the 22 year old.
The incident has come just a day after All Blacks winger Julian Savea's appearance in Wellington District Court on a charge of domestic assault against his partner.
Meanwhile, Blues coach Sir John Kirwan said the Reds will be their toughest opponent so far.
The Reds will host the Blues at 9:40pm Friday while the Hurricanes face the Stormers at 7:35pm.
