The search for who will coach the Flying Fijians for the next four years and also guide the side to the 2015 Rugby World Cup has started.

Today the Fiji Rugby Union has advertised the position.

The key criteria for the successful applicant includes a IRB Level 2 Coaching Certificate but preferably Level 3.

Experience of coaching and leading a recognized professional senior national or provincial team with a proven record of creating, implementing and sustaining short, medium and long term strategic plans for team preparation, and playing strategies within the context of a professional team environment is another requirement.

He should also have knowledge of rugby in Fiji, its inherent culture and have strong personal discipline and the ability to work in a challenging environment and within tight budget parameters.

All of the applications should be received by Rugby House next Friday.
