With only two days left before the Free Bus Fare Progamme starts the Senior Education Officer Suva is reiterating the call to school heads to submit the roll of students who travel by school bus quickly.
Senior Education Officer Suva Pita Cavakilagi said they are particular concerned about schools in the Suva area, as there are 101 schools within this boundary, and so far they have only received a handful of reports.
Meanwhile Transport Ministry Spokesperson Sainiana Waqainabete said they do have a contingency plan in place in case school heads fail to submit their lists before Wednesday.
Meanwhile, school heads are being asked to take time during their long weekend to deliver the school roll of their students who travel to school by bus, either today, or first thing Monday morning to the Primary Headquarters Quality House in Suva.
