One of the schools that received a water tank from Save the Children Fiji is grateful for the help as it means an end to the water disruptions they have been facing for the last twenty years.

A member of the management of Naiyala High School in Tailevu said they have only been receiving water in the morning and then again in the afternoon, and with the tank, they would also have water supply during school hours for the first time.

The member said an increase in the settlement around the school has seen a strain on the water supply to the school, and the tank will see that the school will be able to have a steady supply.

Meanwhile, Mohammed Akran Shah the head teacher for Rahmatullah Khan Memorial School in Sigatoka, said he is thankful as it will greatly assist the school.
