This is the message the University of the South Pacific's Oceania Dance Group will be taking with them to the Pacific Arts Festival to raise awareness on the need to talk openly about AIDS.
Speaking to Fijivillage, choreographer Alan Alo said it’s time for people in the Pacific to change their attitude.
Alo adds, they hope to help Pacific youth understand various elements of the Arts, and develop skills to use that knowledge to effectively communicate social issues particularly education about HIV/AIDS.
The group gave a preview performance last night at the Oceania Center for Arts and Culture titled "Silence and HIVAIDS".
