The Savusavu soccer team created an upset in the first match of the Courts IDC after defeating the Nadi team 1-nil this morning.

Sanjash Kumar scored got the lone goal for Savusavu in the second half.

This now gives Savusavu three points in Pool 1 and the Northerners will try to beat Ba at 3.30pm today to better their chances for a semifinal birth.

The match that is currently under way is between Lautoka and Tavua.

At 2pm today Nadroga will take on Navua, Suva will meet Tavua at 5pm while Rewa will play Labasa at 6.30pm.
