The Savusavu Chamber of Commerce is hopeful that the Savusavu port will soon be reallocated to suit the cruise ships that visit Savusavu.
President Mahesh Charan said more cruise ships are now visiting Savusavu and there is an urgent need to upgrade the current facilities.
Charan added the Commissioner Northern’s office is also working with them trying to improve infrastructure in Savusavu town to attract more tourists.
