The newly renovated Savusavu Airport will commence its services from tomorrow.
The maintenance work at Savusavu Airport started in July this year and was suppose to reopen this month however, Air Fiji Limited acting chairman Ronald Rickman said there were some delays with the materials.
Rickman said they are also looking into bringing Nausori Airport to a standard where 727s, 700s and Pacific Blue could land.
Meanwhile, Interim Civil Aviation Minister Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum said there is a concerted effort to upgrade airports for better services.
