There is a clear indication in the Digicel Fiji 7's camp that Coach Josateki Savou is going for speed and aggression upfront as he has moved winger Akuila Nawerecagi and Setefano Cakau from the back-line to the forwards.
At yesterdays training run at the Suva Grammar grounds, Savou used Cakua and Nawerecagi in the forwards to add speed and help the likes of Etonia Naba, Isei Lewaqai, Rupeni Nasiga and Viliame Maya.
Savou said that Akuila's fitness test results have proven that he has the capability to play in the forwards.
Also yesterday, Tailevu winger Malakai Bakaniceva was drafted into the squad to try and add speed on the outisde.
This afternoon at 3pm the Fiji 7's team will take on the Fiji Bati in a trial match.
