Digicel Fiji 7's coach Josateki Savou is fully aware that the results of this weekends Adelaide 7s could decide his future with the Fiji Rugby Union.
Speaking to Village Sports, Savou said the loss to New Zealand in the semi-final which was Fiji's 5th consecutive loss in the IRB 7s series was hard for him to swallow and he hopes his players will step up to defend the Adelaide title this weekend.
Savou added losing possession from kick-offs was an area of concern to the coaching staff although two of the most experienced players in the team were earmarked for the aerial battle.
Fiji will take on England on Saturday at 12.39pm in their opening pool game in the Adelaide 7s. We are also pooled with France and Kenya.
