Illness may prevent Julian Savea playing France on Sunday morning.

All Blacks coach Steve Hansen said Savea has been forced to rest after falling sick and this could result in him being forced out of the Paris test.

Charles Piutau and Cory Jane could be considered to replace Savea.

Piutau was one of the more impressive performers in the All Blacks’ 54-6 win over Japan scoring two tries in a performance that was more ordinary than electric by the team as a whole.

The All Blacks will take on France at 9am this Sunday.

In other test matches this Sunday England will host Argentina at 3.30am, Wales will play South Africa at 6.30am while Ireland will take on Samoa at 6.45am.

Meanwhile, the Flying Fijians will take on Portugal in their first Europe Tour match at 4am this Sunday.
