Hurricanes openside flanker Ardie Savea was delighted to make the Super Rugby final, saying that playing in it would be a career highlight.
Savea, who starred for the Hurricanes in their 25‑9 victory over the Chiefs in Wellington last Saturday, won his personal duel with Sam Cane.
And he could not hide his delight in the press conference after the semi‑final as he beamed at the prospect of running out in this week's clash.
The Hurricanes will host the Lions at 7.35pm this Saturday in the Super Rugby Final.
