Manasa Saulo has been cited for an alleged act of foul play in their Rugby World Cup match with Wales.
The hearing will take place tomorrow and it will be heard by an independent judicial officer.
The offence is related to stamping and trampling.
Saulo is the third Flying Fijians player that has been cited for an alleged act of foul play at the rugby world cup.
The other two players are Dominiko Waqaniburotu and Nemani Nadolo and they were suspended for the acts they committed.
Fiji will face Uruguay in their last pool match at 7am next Wednesday.
Looking at other rugby world matches, tomorrow Samoa will face Japan at 1.30am, South Africa meet Scotland at 3.45am while England will clash with Australia at 7am.
