Samoa is raring to lift the IRB Sevens title and wants to end the IRB Sevens Series on a high note by winning the Scotland Sevens tournament which kicks of tonight.
Having extended their buffer over New Zealand from three to seven points it could be just enough for Samoa as they can now afford to not win the Cup in Edinburgh and can still win the title even if New Zealand do, which automatically creates more pressure on New Zealand.
Samoa's seasoned campaigner Lolo Lui said they are ready to do the job.
Meanwhile, New Zealand Sevens team Captain DJ Forbes said they cannot afford to make mistakes at this weekend’s tournament.
The Scotland Sevens tournament starts tonight at 8.35pm with Samoa playing Kenya in the first game.
Fiji plays Scotland at 11.09pm in its first pool match.
Fiji meets Wales at 2.35am tomorrow morning in its second game and plays USA at 5.17 tomorrow morning in its last pool game.
