Defending Champions of the Hong Kong 7s Tournament, Samoa have named a strong team for the defense of the title.

Head Coach Stephen Betham has only named one new face in Fale Sooialo, the return of Tom Iosefo replacing IRB best player of the tournament last year Mikaele Pesamino who is in the non traveling reserves.

Manu Samoa 7s Squad includes:

Ofisa Treviranus, Simaika Mikaele, Alafoti Faosiliva, Afa Aiono, Fale Sooialo, Uale Mai, Lolo Lui, Alatasi Tupou, Reupena Levasa, Tom Iosefo, Fautua Otto, and Taulagi Afamasaga.

Non Traveling Reserves are Apelu Faaiuga, Petelo Tuimavave, Mikaele Pesamino and Paul Chan Tung.

Samoa is in Pool C with Scotland, Tonga and Mexico in the Hong Kong 7s which kicks off next Friday.
