The International Primary Schools rugby competition this year will also include Samoa.
This has been confirmed by Fiji Primary Schools Rugby president Osea Tuivakano who said that not only will the three Pacific Islands primary school teams from Fiji, Tonga and Samoa battle each other, there are also plans to include the Under-13 grade.
Tuivakano is also sending out an invitation to the Western Districts that hold their competition in Nadi, to come and join them this year, so their boys can also be given a chance to play for the Fiji team.
Tuivakano added that Nadroga is keen to join them this year, something that Tuivakano said will be a boost to the competition.
The Fiji Primary Schools Rugby committee will hold their first meeting to map out the competition structure for this year at 4pm on Friday at the Nausori Primary School.
