While there is confirmation that major changes will be made to Fiji 15s management team and players after their poor performance in New Zealand, the Samoa Rugby Union is already looking for a new head coach.

Apart from a new head coach, they also need new backs and forwards coach and a team manager.

The Samoa Rugby Union released the statement yesterday, with the successful applicants required to lead Samoa through its National and International programme starting next year.

The successful applicant is required to develop and implement a four-year plan culminating in the 2015 RWC in England.

All four positions are two-year appointments with the opportunity of a further two-year term extension subject to annual performance reviews.
