Fiji born number 8, Radike Samo has recovered from a neck injury to be named in the starting lineup for the Queensland Reds to face the Crusaders in the Super 15 Rugby final on Saturday night.

Samo just played 15 minutes in last weekend’s win against the Blues but Reds coach Ewen McKenzie has named him in his run on team.

McKenzie has kept with the same 22 man squad that beat the Blues 30-13 in last week’s semifinal.

It is the first time this season the Reds have fielded the squad in consecutive weeks.

McKenzie has only once named the same staring 15 ironically when the Reds beat the Crusaders 17-16 on May 29th.

The Crusaders have also stuck with the same side that overcame the Stormers in Cape Town, but scrum half Andy Ellis must pass a fitness test on knee and shoulder bruising.

The Reds host the Crusaders on Saturday night at 9.40pm.
