The Digicel Fiji Sevens team will again have to go through another tough path at the Hong Kong Sevens later this month.

The same format as the Rugby World Cup Sevens tournament will be used in Hong Kong with the top six teams from each pool qualifying for the Cup quarterfinals and the two best runners-up completing the last eight.

For Fiji to qualify, they will have to win all their pool games over Samoa, Canada and Chinese Teipei.

Iliesa Tanivula's side will also try to break the jinx this season, as they haven't gone past the quarterfinal stages.

Meanwhile, the FRU is yet to decide when the players will march into camp.

The Hong Kong Sevens tournament starts on the 27th of this month, with Fiji's opening pool match against Chinese Teipei at 8:52pm on Friday.
