Good News for the workers at Sheraton Nadi as they are expected to receive a 5% salary increment soon.
The general secretary for National Union of Hotel and Catering Employees, Daniel Urai confirms he had successful meetings with hotel management on the rising prices of several goods and services and an agreement for pay rise was signed earlier this week.
He said talks with other hotel owners will be held soon.
Director Human Resources for Sheraton, Uraia Rasaki is in a meeting and could not be reached for comments.
