The Fijian Holdings Board has announced the appointment of a new board member to replace Joe Marr who had earlier resigned.
Managing Director of Fijian Holdings Sereana Qoro confirmed the new appointment is Saimoni Lutu who is an engineer by profession and was a former CEO of Shell Company in Fiji.
Qoro added that Lutu brings with him the relevant business management skills, industry knowledge and corporate experience that would be of great benefit to the company and ultimately its shareholders.
Marr resigned along with several other board members earlier this year.
