Nadroga coach Reverand Joji Rinakama believes that the solution to solve the current problems in the IRB 7's series with the Digicel Fiji 7's team is not to sack the coach and the management team.
Speaking to Fijivillage Sports, Rinakama who was also part of the selectors that picked the 12 member team to Hong Kong said the best way forward for 7's rugby now is to sit down together and look at ways that they can fix the problems in the 7s team after last week's loss to New Zealand in the semi-final of the Hong Kong 7s.
Rinakama added that rugby fans should know that winning does not come overnight and we should learn from the New Zealand 7's coach Gordon Tietjens as he did not taste success for about 3 years but was not booted out by the NZRFU.
The Fiji 7s team is in Adelaide and will play England on Saturday at 12.39pm in their opening pool game.
