The Suva Rugby Union wants former Fiji 7s coach Waisale Serevi to be the 7's Coaching Director based at the Fiji Rugby Union.
SRU will be putting a motion in the FRU Annual General Meeting on Saturday to employ Serevi.
Speaking to Fijivillage sports, Suva Rugby Union Secretary Vili Rauca said they have proposed Serevi's name as a result of his contribution to 7s rugby.
Meanwhile Rauca, Rafaele Kasibulu and Mosese Nailumu have been nominated by Suva as nominees to be FRU Board members.
Naitasiri has given in close to 10 names with current Board Chairman, Keni Dakuidreketi and Viliame Kanatabua.
Nadroga has given in the name of former Sigatoka Mayor, Ratu Sikeli Tasere while Navosa has endorsed Suva Grammar School Principal, Ilikimi Kunagogo and Beqa's John Sandy as their nominees.
Current Board Member, Ilifereti Kete has been nominated by Nadi.
The Fiji Rugby Union Annual General Meeting will be held at the Nasova Police Barracks at 10am on Saturday.
