SODELPA MP Ro Kiniviliame Kiliraki says that SODELPA will offer free education up to university level if it forms the next government in 2018.
While speaking during the 2017/2018 National Budget debate, Kiliraki says that the Tertiary Education Loan Scheme is a debt driven policy that enslaves recipients as soon as they gain employment.
Kiliraki says that at first glance this budget is a desperate budget, and is an election budget.
He says that SODELPA can achieve more with the same budget.
