Saint Joseph’s beat LDS 22-17 in a hard fought semifinal and they will meet Suva Grammar in the final after the Grammarians beat International School Suva 27-13 in another semifinal.
National under 20 rep and Saint Joseph’s captain Tiana Kainamoli said Suva Grammar is a worthy opponent.
In the under 17 boys division, Marist Brothers High School will face LDS in the final after beating Gospel High School 30-19 in the semis and LDS beat Natabua High School 30-26.
In the under 15 boys, LDS is on its way to defending the title beating QVS 30-16 in the first semifinal this morning.
In another semifinal, Suva Grammar School defeated Marist Brothers High School 15-13 in an entertaining match.
Meanwhile, DAV Girls College will face Grammar in the under 15 girls division.
The games continue at the Vodafone Arena.
