The case filed by the members of the ousted SDL government against the interim government is expected to be held tomorrow in the High Court before Justice Anthony Gates.
One of the lawyers representing members of the ousted SDL government, Tevita Fa said their side is ready for the hearing.
The State is expected to be represented by Queens Counsel Guy Reynolds while QC Nye Perram will represent Qarase and members of the ousted SDL Government.
Members of the SDL Government are taking Commodore Frank Bainimarama, Interim Finance Minister Mahendra Chaudhry and Interim Attorney General Aiyaz Saiyed Khaiyum and others to court on the illegality or otherwise of the events of December 5th, 2006.
