The SDL Party said they welcome the move by the Fiji Independent Commission Against Corruption to bring charges against any member of the party who may be involved in any alleged corruption.
However SDL's National Director, Peceli Kinivuwai said since day one of the military takeover on the 5th December, 2006 they are still waiting for evidence from the several accusations of corruption levelled against the SDL led government.
Kinivuwai said they are ready to face the current allegations and prove that they have done nothing wrong.
Yesterday FICAC Deputy Commissioner, Colonel George Langman revealed that some SDL members will face charges soon in relation to Corruption and they are now assessing all the evidence gathered against these people.
