The SDL Party has welcomed the invitation by the interim Prime Minister Commodore Frank Bainimarama for a political Dialogue Forum to be conducted before the end of this month.
Qarase believed that the forum would provide a proper platform for political leaders and other key stakeholders to discuss important issues affecting our country.
The former Prime Minister is ready to engage in the dialogue.
Meanwhile, the SDL Party Management Board had agreed to appeal the High Court judgment which was in favor of the President Ratu Josefa Iloilo, Commodore Frank Bainimarama and others.
Qarase said that the SDL party believed that the Court went out of its way to justify the treason committed by the military on the 5th December, 2006 and they will take the matter to a higher court.
