The SDL party said that all along they were trying to promote reconciliation through constructive dialogue even before and after they were ousted on 5th December but unfortunately it did not happen.
SDL National Director Peceli Kinivuwai said the party including their leader is prepared to talk now with the view to take the country forward.
Kinivuwai was reacting to the call made by President Ratu Josefa Iloilo yesterday during the launching of the People’s Charter where he told the national council to ensure that the people of Fiji are consulted and their views be included in the Charter.
