The SDL Party will pursue its treason complaint in court against Interim Prime Minister Commodore Frank Bainimarama, the Co-Chair of the National Council for Building a Better Fiji, John Samy and others, despite the High Court ruling that immunity granted to Bainimarama and the members of the RFMF is valid and lawful.
SDL lawyer Niko Nawaikula said the judgement read out yesterday does not affect their treason complaint.
