The SDL party is expected to file a restraining order in Court to try and stop the work of the consultations on the draft People's Charter.
SDL lawyer Niko Nawaikula said he had been working on the case and the matter is expected to be filed in court soon.
The interim Prime Minister Commodore Frank Bainimarama is yet to comment on this latest development.
