Lawyer representing SDL members who have filed a treason complaint against the Army Commander, members of the military council and interim ministers to the police will wait for a reply in the next 2 weeks before they will decide on their next action.
Lawyer Niko Nawaikula said the matter is before the police to decide whether they will carry out an investigation on the report by SDL members that Commodore Frank Bainimarama carried out treason in removing their government on the 5th of December 2006.
Nawaikula did not reveal their plans if police will not investigate since the Commission of Police, Esala Teleni had made it clear they will be no investigations since the matter is before court.
SDL members who have taken Commodore Bainimarama and members of the military council to the police are Laisenia Qarase, Samisoni Tikoinasau, Ted Young, Mere Samisoni and Tupeni Baba.
