Many restaurant owners in Suva today finished a 3 day Restaurant Operators and Safety workshop learning about how to keep restaurants and food clean.
A well known restaurant in Suva Joji's owner, Larry appreciated the move by the Suva City Council to organize such courses to help smaller restaurant operators.
Meanwhile the Director Health Services for SCC, Nacanieli Kotoiwasawasa said that the course was done in conjunction with TPAF and they hope to get more people in courses from next year.
120 people took part in the 3 day Restaurant Operators and Safety course.
