New Zealand star Sonny Bill Williams has allayed fears he may miss the Kiwis' Rugby League World Cup quarter final against Scotland.

Williams has been nursing a sore shoulder following his man of the match performance in New Zealand's comprehensive win over Papua New Guinea.

The Kiwis takes on the Bravehearts at 9am Saturday.

Meanwhile two Samoan forwards will miss the quarterfinal clash against the Vodafone Fiji Bati in the Rugby League World Cup.

Leeson Ah Mau and Sauaso Sue were handed a one match suspension each by the International Match Review Panel for dangerous play during their clash with France yesterday.

In the quarterfinals, Australia will meet USA at 3am Sunday, England faces France at 9am Sunday while the Vodafone Fiji Bati will play Samoa at 4am next Monday.
