Vodafone Fiji 7s coach Ben Ryan said he has been working with the players to think clearly under pressure.

As we get ready for the Singapore 7s this weekend, Ryan told World Rugby that some games will be very close like the ones against Canada and Kenya in Hong Kong.

Ryan said the players had to step up to deliver the win.

Ben Ryan said New Zealand is playing a tight game at the moment and it may be very unsevens-like.

He said Fiji has really focused on its breakdown skills and this gave positive results in Hong Kong.

Ryan said they have to closely watch players like Liam Messam.
