National 7s coach Ben Ryan is trying to establish a culture in selecting a team as he wants consistency.
After announcing his 12 member team to play in the USA and New Zealand 7s, Ryan said it is easier when there are minimal changes in the team.
Ryan made two changes to the side that featured in the last two tournaments with former skipper Lepani Botia returning to the side with Flying Fijians halfback Henry Seniloli.
Ryan added he has been impressed with Botia.
Mosese Mawalu has been dropped due to the competition in the side while Waisea Nacuqu opted out of the team last week due to personal commitments.
The 10 players from the last leg which includes Benito Masilevu, Emosi Mulevoro, Donasio Ratubuli, Jona Tuitoga, Leo Naikasau, Pio Tuwai, Samisoni Viriviri, Samu Saqiwa, Semi Kunatani have been picked in the team while Osea Kolinisau will be the captain.
The non-travelling reserves are Mosese Mawalu, Apisai Domolailai, Viliame Mata and Under 21 lock forward Marika Vunibaka.
The USA 7s will be held next weekend where Fiji is pooled with New Zealand, Australia and Scotland.
