Outgoing High Performance Unit General Manager Mike Ryan has urged the Fiji Rugby Union to get the right people and those who can be trusted to execute their plans.
Ryan will be leaving FRU in three weeks time after resigning due to personal reasons.
He is hoping for the best for rugby development in Fiji.
Ryan will leave FRU early next month where the HPU Manager’s position will be advertised.
FRU Chairman Filimoni Waqabaca said the board respects Ryan’s decision and plans.
