Vodafone Fiji 7s coach Ben Ryan said it is hard to replace the nine players who played for Fiji in the Gold Coast 7s last month.
As the 20 member training squad marches into camp today, Ryan said it will be a good competition amongst the players on who will get a ticket to Dubai and South Africa.
He added few players were outstanding at last week’s Coral Coast 7s.
Ryan will be announcing his final 12 players for the Dubai and South Africa 7s this Saturday.
The Dubai 7s will be held from the 5th to the 7th of next month.
