As only hours remain for the start of the England 7s Vodafone Fiji 7s coach Ben Ryan says a lot of work has taken place over the week to get the players energized for the last tournament of the World 7s series.

Ryan says his players were very tired after the Scotland 7s as they played some hard games.

Barring any upset, Fiji is expected to meet either USA or France in the Cup quarters and England or Australia in the Cup semis.

Fiji and South Africa will clash in the final of the England 7s if they manage to top their pools and win their quarterfinal and semifinal matches.

Fiji leads the World 7s series points table with 147 points, South Africa is second with 142 points, New Zealand is in third place with 139 points while England is in fourth place with 117 points.

The race for the series title is still open as South Africa can win the series if they win the England 7s.

Fiji has to finish ahead of South Africa this weekend.

Fiji will play Argentina at 9.06 tonight, they face Samoa at 12.12am tomorrow and Canada at 3.18am.

The Cup quarters start at 9.28pm tomorrow, the Cup semis are at 1.18am Monday while the Cup final is at 4.27am Monday.
