National 7s coach Ben Ryan has highlighted that he will be looking at in-form players in order to make his final 12 member team for the next leg of the IRB 7s series.
Ryan said he will be looking at a mix of players that can cover others in case of injuries and those that will match the game plan he is drawing up for Las Vegas this year.
Ryan added selecting the final team is a hard task for him having to pick from the best 17 players as a lot of hands were raised for a spot in the national 7s team.
Ryan will name his 12 member team next Thursday and the USA 7s will be held from the 25th to the 27th of this month before the New Zealand 7s two weeks later.
