Vodafone Fiji 7s coach Ben Ryan knows the expectations in Fiji when it comes to the Hong Kong 7s.

Speaking to irb.com Ryan said fans in Fiji are crazy about the Hong Kong Sevens and it seems as though they can lose every game and win Hong Kong and fans will be happy.

Ryan said it was tough to keep the players' minds in Tokyo last week with Hong Kong ahead and he thinks that was the reason they didn't get as far as he wanted to on day one.

He added that he is certainly looking forward to coaching a Fijian side in Hong Kong and it is going to be a memory he will hold for a long time.

Fiji head into this weekend's round seven of the World Series as the two time defending champions having beaten Wales in the final 12 months ago, and New Zealand in 2012.

The Hong Kong 7s kick starts this Friday.

On Saturday Fiji will take on Wales in their first pool match at 1.26am, then Sri Lanka at 5.24pm and then Kenya in their last pool match at 11.16pm.

On Sunday the cup quarterfinals will start 3.28pm, cup semis will start at 7.52pm and the cup final will be at 10.25pm.
