Vodafone Fiji 7s coach Ben Ryan will be monitoring the national 7s players who are participating in the Uluinakau 7s at Ratu Cakobau Park today.
Ryan said he wanted to give more game time to majority of the players who have not been playing so far.
He added that playmaker Emosi Mulevoro will be the one to watch after missing out on three HSBC Sevens World Series tournaments last year.
Meanwhile the teams who are currently stamping their mark at the tournament are the defending champions Wardens Gold, Red Rock, Westfield Babas, Army and Yamacia.
The winner will walk away with $5000 and a runner‑up prize of $2000.
