Ryan impressed with some experienced players

Meanwhile, Sunia Kubu is highly likely to be replaced by Osea Kolinisau in the upcoming Gold Coast 7s if he does not recover in time from a knee injury that had him ruled out yesterday.
Ryan added despite an impressive performance yesterday a lot of improvement is needed.
Some of the other players that stood out yesterday include Senivalati Ramuwai, Filipo Nakosi, Semi Kunatani, Waisea Nacuqu, Lepani Botia, Setefano Cakau, Iliesa Salusalu and Leo Naikasau.
Meanwhile, Fiji stormed into the quarterfinals of the Fiji Water Oceania 7s after being unbeaten in their pool matches.
Fiji will take on the Solomon Islands in the first quarterfinal today at 11am.
Samoa is also the other unbeaten team in the competition after defeating Australia in their last pool match 26-12.
Samoa will take on Tuvalu while Australia will take on Papua New Guinea.
In the Fiji Water International 7s, both the Fiji Barbarians and Fiji Warriors have claimed their semifinal spots after some pulsating pool matches against IRB 7s giants France, Argentina and USA.
The Pio Tuwai captained Fiji Warriors side will take on Argentina in the first semifinal while the Fiji Barbarians will take on France in the second semifinal.
The Fiji Water Centennial Oceania and International 7s continues today at the ANZ Stadium.
