Vodafone Fiji 7s coach Ben Ryan is confident that he will select a strong side for the 2014 and 2015 IRB 7s series.
Ryan’s hope of building on a core team has been dented after key players Samisoni Viriviri, Benito Masilevu and Donasio Ratubuli secured contracts in France.
Ryan said this is a huge loss for him but he is adamant of an improved performance from the team.
Ryan has started off with his preparation by having training sessions with players like Osea Kolinisau, Viliame Mata and Jerry Tuwai who are likely to take part in a 7s tournament in Sri Lanka next month.
The first leg of the IRB series is in the Gold Coast, Australia which will be held on the 11th and 12th of October
