Vodafone Fiji 7s coach Ben Ryan believes Vatemo Ravouvou is a better organiser than Jerry Tuwai and Setefano Rasekaia.
Ryan says that is how 23 year old Ravouvou made the final cut for the Japan 7s ahead of Tuwai and Rasekaia.
Ryan also says fans should not expect a lot from the former Ratu Navula College student this weekend.
Ryan added Tuwai and Rasekaia will join the training camp when they return and he has also spoken to them on what to improve on.
Fiji faces France this Saturday at 1pm in their first Japan 7s match.
They will then play USA at 4:18pm and Samoa at 8:52pm.
