Vodafone Fiji 7s coach Ben Ryan is awaiting Pio Tuwai’s medical report before making any public announcement.
Tuwai was taken to the Suva Private Hospital after complaining of numbness in his legs and was also hyperventilating.
Ryan says Tuwai’s tests were all clear but he is still under observation.
He will make a decision when he receives the medical report.
Ryan adds that no one will be dropped until Saturday.
The final 13 players are expected to be announced on Saturday with the venue and time yet to be confirmed.
12 players will stay in the Olympic Games village while the 13th player will be on stand-by as injury cover.
Fiji will take on Brazil in their first game at 4.30am on August 10th, they will then face Argentina at 9.30am before taking on USA at 4.30am on August 11th.
