The Fiji netball team officials are still tightlipped on who will be in the run on team to take on Singapore in their opening pool game this afternoon.

Village Sports believes that Coach Vilimaina Davu will opt for the same line-up that won the gold medal in the Pacific Games but with the inclusion of Australian based Simone Nalatu and Majorie Parr.

Davu is likely to start from the bench giving Matila Waqanidrola the start at the goal-defense position.

Waqanidrola, Parr and Captain Mere Rabuka could be the 3 players in defense for the Fiji team with Simone Nalatu, Ana Erenavula, Taraima Rara and Matelita Shaw upfront.

Davu will have the services of former coach Yvonne Willering beside her in the pool games, and also assistant coach Elizabeth Freeman.

Fiji takes on Singapore at 3.10pm.
