The Chief Tribunal is expected to rule next month whether members of the Fiji Public Service Association and Fiji Teachers Union will receive their pay cut restoration to be backdated to January 2007.
FPSA Industrial Advisor Nirbhay Singh said their hearing was completed in Tribunal yesterday.
Tribunal is expected to make a ruling in 28 days whether civil servants who are members of FPSA and FTU will receive their back pay.
Singh expected the ruling to be in their favour as the tribunal ruled for members of Fiji Islands Council of Trade Unions.
